I’ll Believe in Lunds When I See It

You’ll forgive me if I’m a little skeptical when I read that Lunds is planning to build a store in downtown Saint Paul. Maybe it’s got a much better shot as part of this hotel/apartment complex development. And downtown Saint Paul desperately needs a grocery store.

But look at how long it’s taken to build a Lunds in downtown Minneapolis. Just sayin’.

Folks in the Saint Paul Issues Forum seem to be excited. Which they should be. If it actually works out.

Question is, can we get a Cub or Rainbow near the U? There are really no grocery stores around here besides House of Hanson and the Harvard Market… yeah. Fail!
