• Northern Outpost is a new web show about local music. Northern Outpost presents performances and interviews with Twin Cities bands and touring acts… The show is shot at Owl Recording in the heart of Uptown Minneapolis, giving each episode an organic and raw environment for the musicians to perform in. You can see that organic rawness in high definition, too. There’s only one episode so far. Their logo is kind of cute. (via Perfect Porridge)
• In the DT Journal: readers submit their wish lists for downtown. More parks, more retail, more hours, more local. Better education. Safety, walkability, cleanliness, transportation, jobs. All fine and dandy. Except the guy who said “A shiny new stadium for our beloved Vikings!” gets a dickpunch.
